Situated on a working sheep property, just a 20 minute drive from the township of Hamilton and 40 minute drive to the coastal town of Port Fairy. Built in c.1906, the Australian style farm cottage has been lovingly restored; maintaining original features with added modern comforts. The cottage has a beautiful old world charm, with curated interiors and vintage wares styled throughout. Enjoy picturesque views of Mount Napier and surrounding farm land whilst enjoying serenity and seclusion. The space Complimentary breakfast provisions for your first day, includes a loaf of fresh white sourdough bread, selection of jams and spreads, butter, fresh farm eggs, Nespresso coffee pods, a selection of black and herbal teas, milk and sugar. As well as basic pantry staples of salt & pepper, olive oil. The master bedroom provides a work area space with a desk. As well as an antique arm chair and side table, providing a quiet lounge corner. The master bedroom also has a wall mounted smart TV. Relax, unwind and enjoy the experience in the outdoor twin sunken baths. Watch the sunrise, sunset or gaze at the stars. It is a truly magical experience! After exploring all the wonderful attractions in the local region, rest and relax in front of the wood fire heater in the cosy lounge room. With an abundance of magazines, books, card games, puzzles and smart TV. With a picnic blanket and basket provided, enjoy a picnic in the front house paddock; under a gum tree or the beautiful old pear tree under the shade. Make a cheese platter, pour a glass of local wine and enjoy being in the moment. Make memories around the outdoor fire pit; toast marshmallows with your loved ones whilst overlooking the rolling hills of the countryside. Guest access Enjoy the entire cottage and garden yard exclusively throughout your stay. Access via a private driveway to the cottage for the use of guests only. The host does not live on this property. However, is easily contactable at all times and lives not far from the property. Children must be supervised at all times whilst beyond the secure garden yard. As it is a working sheep farm with dams, livestock, and machinery shed. Pets allowed in secure garden yard. However no pets allowed inside the home.
