Villa for 12+ with a private pool and pet-friendly

The villa has a large property with total privacy everywhere. Just 1 hour from San Jose, it also has access to all kinds of vehicles and is close to tourist areas such as the Orotina water park or beaches 1 hour away. The house is fully equipped with a full kitchen, a room with air conditioning, fiber optic internet, and television with a digital box, as well as several smart devices such as Amazon Alexa. The space The property is quite large and has quite a few green areas, so there is no problem for pets of any size or problems with the number of vehicles. IMPORTANT: Lately a dog has been coming that has no owner and walks around the area. It enters the property because some guests usually give it food. He doesn't look physically well, however, among the neighbors we have treated him previously. I really can't do much to keep him from going to the property, and if it bothers you, you're free to chase him away. I also recommend that you be careful when giving him food. It's better to leave it on the ground than to give it to him directly. Guest access There is a stretch of approximately 200 meters on a gravel road that usually does not cause problems for any type of vehicle. In the rainy season, I recommend being careful with the mud at the entrance to the property because you can get stuck. Other things to note Every detail of the house is shown in the amenities and photos. In order to show full transparency with you, we detail the following aspects of the house: 1. There is only air conditioning in one room, the rest of the house does not have windows that completely isolate it, so if the curtains are not opened it is considerably hot. This also affects the dust that enters the house a little, and even though it is constantly cleaned, it can reappear in a short time. 2. The area where the house is located is a bit isolated, so it is normal for several animals to appear or for the presence of insects to be noticed. 3. The condition of some facilities could be better and we are working on improving them for you. If you have any comments, please let me know in private. 4. In the house there is only 1 double bed, in the rest of the rooms there are single beds, some of which are cots. 5. Some cloths and armchairs may look dirty, however these are constantly dusted, disinfected and washed. 6. The accommodation has everything you need to clean and some items such as hand soap and kitchen towels or toilet paper. No toiletries or personal cloths are provided.
