Room and breakfast close to beaches and New Forest

Myself and my partner Nick are sociable and accommodating. We love the New Forest for walking and cycling and are happy to share our ‘perfect base’ home with guests who we hope will develop the same fondness for this beautiful area. The sea coast, Highcliffe Castle, Chewton Glen "The Kitchen' (James Martin), and popular 'Cliff House pub/restaurant are of walking distance. Christchurch and Lymington for restaurants, cafes, lively bars and a ferry to Isle of Wight are all a short drive away. The space An imposing house which has a calm, stylish, and welcoming feel with a hint of creative spirit built on the end of historic terraced properties which are over 100 years old. Your comfortable room with a slightly longer European double soft bed with breakfast of your choice (full English, Continental, vegetarian) in the dining room or garden, surrounded by roses, honeysuckle and jasmine, will ‘set you up’ to explore what New Forest has to offer. In the evening, enjoy a relaxing bath or an invigorating ‘waterfall’ shower in a modern bathroom. Tea and coffee making facility is situated in a well equipped kitchen or can be arranged in the room, if preferred. Railway with a direct train links to London Waterloo and bus links to Bournemouth and surrounding towns and villages are all close by, if driving is not an option. Free on-road parking available. Guest access Guests will have sole use of a spacious double bedroom, exclusive use of bathroom with toilet, shower and bath, dining room, downstairs toilet, kitchen for coffee and tea making facilities, and the garden area. During your stay I will be available at the property to offer help and information about the area and sort out any problems or queries. Guests are also welcome to call me on the phone number provided, and if I cannot answer straight away, leave a voicemail message which I will answer as soon as I can. Other things to note We can welcome very young children who are of appropriate age and size for a travel cot and a Moses basket, which can be installed in the guest's bedroom. The property may not be appropriate for an inquisitive older mobile toddler due to health and safety. A travel cot, rocking Moses basket and a high chair can be made available with prior notice and discussion.
