Equipped with two queen-sized beds (one queen bed and one queen sofa bed pull-out), a full kitchen w/ full-sized appliances, a dedicated workspace, & super fast WiFi and washer and dryer. The space offers designer finishes for a touch of luxury. Nestled just a mile from Old Town Arvada & blocks from a train station, you'll have easy access to Downtown Denver and the mountains. The space The space is located in the basement of a single-family home. It's fully updated and stocked with everything you need for a great stay. You'll have one full bedroom with a queen-sized Casper mattress, pillows, and a queen-sized pull-out couch. We have provided extra mattress toppers and cozy blankets for your stay. You'll enjoy a full-sized kitchen with actual appliances, including many small appliances like an air fryer, blender, and Keurig Coffee maker. Guest access Access this space from a private entrance on the south side of the home with your unique 4-digit code. Other things to note We do have 2 dogs on the property that are super friendly and shouldn't be in any space you would be in during your stay.
