The space It consists of: ⁃ Outside: large enclosed plot of 4500 m2 with secure parking, terrace of 60 m2 (with SPA for 6 people, table, BBQ...), children's games (sandbox, swing), petanque court, etc... ⁃ On the ground floor: an entrance with staircase, living room, dining room, modern equipped kitchen with standing island, shower room, bedroom with 140 cm bed and toilet with washing machine. - On the 1st floor: a bedroom (160 cm bed) with spacious private shower room and toilet, a landing with foosball and a large bedroom (160 cm bed) that can accommodate a baby bed with a private shower room with toilet. ⁃ On the 2nd floor: two bedrooms with 1 bed of 90 and two beds of 80 that can be grouped for a bed of 160, a bathroom and a toilet. The cottage is air-conditioned, linens (sheets and towels) and pets are optional, cleaning is included and mandatory. Baby equipment available upon request.
