This beautiful and spacious 4 bdrm (3.5 bath) with a 20’x45’ heated pool and large backyard is the perfect oasis for a relaxing family vacation! This pristine home is on a quiet, tree-lined street and near to Gerard Drive, Maidstone Beach, the Springs farmers market, and Springs hot spots like Si Si and Rita Cantina. A short drive to East Hampton, Amagansett and Montauk restaurants beaches, and shops. This light-filled modern house was built in 2013. Downstairs, there are two separate master bedrooms and baths, each with its own patio. One master also has an adjoining room that can be used as a study or nursery. Upstairs, two bedrooms (one with twins and the other a queen) share a bathroom and office space/play room area. All I am happy to help by phone or text. However, since my guests are at the property, I will not be there and live 3 hours from the property. East Hampton Springs is a quiet, tree-lined neighbor that is close to the Long Island Sound beaches and an easy drive to the ocean beaches. The Springs General Store is worth a trip for great refreshments and lunch, as well as kayak rentals. Springs waterfront hot spots like Moby's, Harbor Bistro and Bostwicks on the Harbor are an easy drive and great places to catch amazing sunset waterviews and outstanding food! A beach permit is required for all beaches and only a limited number of non-resident permits are issued. Check East Hampton Village's website. The easiest (and most beautiful, in my opinion) ocean beach is Hither Hills State Park in Montauk, a 12-mile drive. A parking permit is $10 for the day. Other options are biking to the Sound beaches or taking a taxi/car service to the ocean beaches.
