A short drive to East Hampton, Amagansett and Montauk restaurants beaches, and shops. The space This light-filled modern house was built in 2013. Downstairs, there are two separate master bedrooms and baths, each with its own patio. One master also has an adjoining room that can be used as a study or nursery. Upstairs, two bedrooms (one with twins and the other a queen) share a bathroom and office space/play room area. Guest access All Other things to note A beach permit is required for all beaches and only a limited number of non-resident permits are issued. Check East Hampton Village's website. The easiest (and most beautiful, in my opinion) ocean beach is Hither Hills State Park in Montauk, a 12-mile drive. A parking permit is $10 for the day. Other options are biking to the Sound beaches or taking a taxi/car service to the ocean beaches.
