Beautiful old sandstone house on the edge of the new development Brunnengärten with fantastic views over Maulbronn. Original wood parquet and old beams combined with a mixture of modern and antique furniture create a special warm cozy ambiance. Lovingly furnished bedrooms with comfortable beds invite you to dream. The large terrace with separate entrance, grill, fire basket and porch swing is perfect for the sundowner… The space The renovation work inside the house was completed in June 2023. The original parquet floors and the old beams were completely refurbished inside the building. A warm stylish ambiance awaits you with a mixture of modern and retro-chic furniture that has been selected and draped by the hostess with love and heart. Two TVs with Vodafone / cable connection are located in the living room and New York bedroom. In the basement, you can equip the windows with bamboo blinds. In the bedrooms there are shutters. The beautiful new bathroom on the first floor has been completely renovated. In the modern kitchen you will find everything you need for your stay with us. It is equipped with a ceramic range, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A SodaStream for the preparation of sparkling water, a kettle, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, smoothie maker and the basic equipment that every kitchen needs is provided. Vinegar, oil and a good assortment of spices are provided. A large selection of tea (with extra tea sets) and filter coffee to brew. Sugar and sweetener are always ready for you. An additional capsule coffee machine from Aldi is located in the dining room. If you wish to use it for longer stays, you can purchase appropriate capsules from Aldi. Upstairs is a large bedroom with a comfortable 180 cm wide double bed and another TV. The second bedroom is furnished with a 120 cm wide box spring bed and a 140 cm wide box spring bed. For the provision of the baby bed, we charge a flat rate of €7.50 per stay. This may then also be deposited in the house. For solo travelers, there is also the possibility to use only the lower floor with the sofa bed and reduce the price per night accordingly. Please ask if necessary. Guest access From the parking lot, you can access your separate house entrance via your terrace. You will enter the house with a code that will be provided to you the day before arrival. In the basement there are utility rooms and on the first floor a storage room, which is used by the host for private purposes to manage the house. These are private areas that are not available during the stay. There are enough parking spaces directly at the house for two cars, a caravan or motorhome, etc., which are not subject to a charge. Please let us know if you are arriving with a camper or caravan, etc. Other things to note The house is very idyllically located and is suitable for excursions in the area and long walks in the directly adjacent forest forest. In the neighboring new development area, the houses have already been occupied by the owners. Containers are still available for the remaining cleanup work. At the moment, the flooring for carports and a new terrace at the front of the house are still being completed at the cottage.
