Large bedroom in a fully renovated and beautifully decorated 80 m² apartment, located in a typical area: less than a 10-minute walk from Montmartre. The space The apartment is very bright, comfortable and spacious. It offers a large seating area (sofa, dining table) and an open kitchen fully equipped to be able to cook. The whole place is warm and well decorated, the goal is to make you feel at home! The bedroom is fully furnished with very good bedding, a large closet with hangers, a sofa and a desk. It overlooks a quiet street and has shutters that block out daylight. The bathroom has a sink, shower and bathtub. Bath towels are provided to lighten your luggage :) The apartment is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator... Guest access No check-in after 9:30 PM During your stay I will be available by phone or if we meet at the apartment during your stay. In case of my absence, a friend of mine residing 10 minutes away on foot will welcome you and will be available if needed. Other things to note The apartment is shared with myself. My name is Cécile, I am 30 years old and I have lived in this apartment for 4 years. I am a heritage architect, and I am originally from Paris, although I have lived in Italy for several years. So I know the city and my neighborhood well, and will be able to advise you if necessary, regardless of the type of stay you want to have! I am often out and about and will make sure you feel both at home and completely independent during your stay. This apartment is suitable for couples or solo travelers who do not expect a typical Airbnb apartment that can sometimes be devoid of "soul", but who will be happy to stay in a real Parisian apartment, comfortably furnished and with a warm decor.
