The space Our charming bungalow home is a newly upgraded and remodeled retreat that features 2 bedrooms—one with a luxurious king bed and the other with a cozy queen bed. Both bedrooms include a closet as well as a dresser to help you unpack, and feel right at home. With a modern contemporary design, the space is both inviting and comfortable, perfect for your stay. Rest assured, cleanliness is our top priority, and we take pride in offering a very comfortable atmosphere. You'll find extra amenities like plush robes, a Keurig coffee machine, and a selection of shower items and toiletries, making your stay even more enjoyable. Step outside to the backyard, where you can relax on the patio for al fresco dining or morning coffee, surrounded by a lovely ambiance. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, our Airbnb is the ideal place to call home during your visit. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, including both bedrooms, the backyard, and garage if requested. Other things to note EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT: Courtesy early check-in and late check-out may also be offered on a case-by-case basis. Please notify your host as soon as possible if you are interested in early or late check-in/out options and I'll do my best to accommodate your request! Any early check-in and late check-out requests that are 4 hours or more will be a $75 fee and will depend on availability. RENTAL CAR: If you need transportation and are interested in renting a car during your stay, we have a vehicle available (and parked at our home) on TURO! Message for a link to book and/or more information. PARKING: There is free street parking as well as a detached garage if requested. SAFETY: Rest assured, we are located in a very safe neighborhood, however our home is equipped with an alarm for use during your stay if that is important to you. CLEANING: Cleaning is available during your stay for an extra fee. Let me know if you would like me to set this up for you! We also have landscapers that maintain the property throughout spring, summer, and some of fall. PETS: With approval, I may allow some small dogs during your stay (information requested). If you would like to bring your pet, I request that they are fully potty trained and do not shed. There will be an additional $50 pet cleaning fee, as well as a refundable $150 deposit (collected 5 days before your stay). No cats or other pets permitted. IMPORTANT NOTE: NO LARGE GROUPS, GATHERINGS, PARTIES, OR EVENTS ALLOWED In order to maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all guests and out of respect for our neighbors and community, we kindly ask that you refrain from hosting large groups, gatherings, parties, or events on the property. This includes but is not limited to bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, and other similar gatherings. Our property is situated in a residential area, and as such, we must uphold certain standards to ensure the comfort and well-being of our neighbors.
