Late checkout and early check in is subject to availability and a surcharge. If you plan to arrive outside the check in window, you must let me know so access to the property can be arranged. 2. We are guest friendly but you should not exceed maximum occupancy of the villa (4 people). Everyone need to respect our house rules and NO PARTY policy. 3. Keep windows & doors closed in the day time to prevent pests going inside, and at night time before you go to bed and when you go out, be sure to lock them. 4. Thailand is a tropical country, there are tiny house lizards (geckos), they are harmless, impossible to keep them out - they eat small insects and mosquitos. We need them! 5. Price does not include daily housekeeping like in a hotel: Upon arrival, you will have essential toiletries, such as toilet tissue, shampoo, shower gel, soap, towels, bed linens. For an additional fee, these can be replenished, bedsheets & towels changed and all the villa cleaned. This is optional and cost 1500 THB/time. 6. Thailand can have tropical storms, especially in the rainy season. We could experience short electrical blackout, which means water pump will not run either. While it does not happen often, please keep this in mind, it is something completely beyond my control. 7. The swimming pool is outdoors, weather temperature. The pool man cannot cool it down or warm it up. Also subject to rainwater and falling leaves. 8. Swimming pool cleaner and gardener may enter the property during your stay (Outdoor area only). Guests are kindly requested to let them in to do their duty. 9. Smoking is outdoors only, please be sure to use the designated smoking area. 10. Take advantage of GRAB or Bolt taxi app to book your taxi. It is the cheapest and the most convient way to get a taxi in Pattaya. I wish you a pleasant and safe holiday!
