Guests have full access to the 9 acre property's lakefront barrel sauna, private jetty, orchards, permaculture vegetable garden and covered yoga shala / outdoor gym. Located only 15 minutes drive to Blueys, Boomerang beaches. The space This listing includes all accommodations at the Moorings Lakehouse property: the 3 bedroom Lakeview Barn, 2 bedroom Lakefront Villa & King Lakefront Suite. You will have exclusive use of the 9acre property*. With magnificent, uninterrupted lake views, these accomodations are 40m walk from each other along lit paths, through manicured orchards and gardens. Each accommodation has a covered deck that cascades through a private garden, over lawns, down to the lakefront, private jetty, lake front barrel sauna, outdoor covered gym / function space and multiple sun lounge areas. Whole property bookings are perfect for celebrations and include use of the covered Pavilion which can be set up with dining tables, chairs, a timber bar, ice buckets, cutlery, plates, glassware, tiki torches etc for a special group meal. Private catering is available on-site. *Management must be advised of intended group celebrations when booking. Each accommodation includes a fully equiped designer kitchen, the Villa and Suite have a stone clad fire place lounge room and marble dining settings, outdoor lounge suites. The Barn and Villa both have luxurious outdoor baths, huge garden terraces with 8 seater outdoor table settings. All accomodations have a laundry washer / dryer. * (resident manager resides upstairs in main house) Guest access When booking the whole farm guests can access the entire property except the managers residence on the top floor of the main Lakehouse. Guest access includes the lakefront sauna, organic veggie gardens, organic orchards, private lakefront jetty, the pavilion outdoor gym and function space and deck adjoining the sauna. Other things to note Dogs are only allowed in the Lakeview Barn. There is a covered, attached, enclosed dog run. Only up to 2 dogs and they must be kept on a leash while walking the grounds of the property. Non-resident guests are NOT allowed on the property without the pre-approval of management. Accommodation maximum numbers stated on the website, booking engine and external booking platforms can not be exceeded without the pre-approval of management.
