(Safety is top priority) » Pool- (Pool is OPEN 24x7) - No Diving! - Pool depth is 6 feet and shallow end is 4 feet. - Please swim at your own risk. - Kids should not be left unattended in the pool. - No drinking or smoking inside the pool. - Please take outdoor shower before and after swimming. » Housekeeping- We provide everyday cleaning on request. Housekeeper timings- (10 am -14:00 pm) ( Tipping is advisable, as it goes a long way) - We provide Linen change after 3 nights. In case if its very dirty, please inform the hosts immediately. - Although hard stains will be charged accordingly. We believe in sustainability. Hope you understand. » Unregistered Outside Guests and Visitors are not allowed at the property. » Security Deposit: Before every check in, we collect a security deposit of ₹5,000/- at the room. The security deposit is refundable in nature if no damages are caused to the property. Our apartments are run with a lot of love, care and vigilance. We request all our guests to take care and enjoy this suite as their own. This would be truly be their, home away from home. Each glass- ₹500/- Other units will be charged as per the actual cost. » Extra guest or Extra Mattress charges- ₹2000 per person per night » Illegal Activities Illegal activities (Drugs/ Escort Services or engaging in activity against the law) are strictly prohibited. If any guest is involved in the above mention activities, the host reserves a right to call the local police and register a complain with them.
