Next to Contra Loma is the attractive Lone Tree Golf Course. The space The Sunflower room is beautifully appointed in sunflower colored yellows and cobalt blues and with many amenities. The bedroom has a key-lock door for your security, control and privacy. Included are a queen bed, plus sized mini fridge, plus half of a fridge in the kitchen, a new microwave which also air fries and bakes, a kitchenette (no running water in the room) filled with your own equipment, utensils, dishes etc. There is a desktop secretary to use as a dining spot, work spot or writing desk. It also has drawers below for clothing or other storage and a glass cubby above. The bedroom also boasts a new HD, 4K, 55" TV with Amazon Prime and streaming access, which is positioned to watch from the comfy queen bed. The window view is of the front which has 2 beautiful massive trees and has been groomed to nature and that of a forest resting spot. Benches and chairs for visiting or for contemplating are part of the enjoyment to experience the seasons. There is also a room HEPA air purifier and a power cube on the nightstand brings power and USB charging right up to bed-level. Bath towels are provided in the closet. Home is a one block walk from the 775 acres of Contra Loma Regional Park which connects to the 6,000 acres of Black Diamond Mines Regional Preserve. Contra Loma features an 80-acre reservoir for year-round fishing and nature enjoyment. Both parks are full of hiking trails and include access to the 15+ mile-long Delta de Anza Trail, which extends from Oakley to Concord. Attached to Contra Loma is the Lone Tree Golf Course which is described as one of the most scenic and picturesque greens in Northern California. The par-72 layout is impeccably maintained, and the course comprises rolling fairways. The gardens of this home are always in flux and full of many kinds of birds who come and visit the seed feeders and the water fountain which they drink from and bathe in. Squirrels also come and enjoy a meal and water. During season, sit and relax on the back patio while listening to bird song, smelling the flowers in bloom and possibly having a hummingbird come and check you out or get to watch it bathe and drink in the fountain. All this activity is watched intently as "Cat TV" by your resident indoor only cat hosts. The kitties are there to entertain, interact with and get to know you if you choose.
