The space **PET ALLERGIES?** Please know that a dog lives here when the house is not rented. As cat allergies sufferers, we know that can be a dealbreaker. Private parking in driveway, can fit two cars, bumper-to-bumper. Additional parking is available in front of our picket fence and directly to the other side of our driveway. Please do try to avoid parking directly in front of our neighbors’ homes. Spacious Living Areas: Relax in a generously sized living room with ample seating. The open floor plan creates a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Comfortable Bedrooms: Three well-appointed bedrooms featuring king-, queen-, and full-sized beds with dreamy pillow top mattresses. Ceiling fans and a Mitsubishi mini-split heating and cooling systems in each bedroom ensure a restful night sleep. The blue bedroom includes a wall-mounted TV with cable channels and Netflix. Modern Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms, equipped with fresh towels, washcloths, complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and blow dryer. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare your favorite meals in a well-stocked kitchen with spice drawer, cookware, and a complimentary coffee and tea bar. Kitchen island seats 4. Farmhouse dining room table just a few steps away seats 6 or more. Plus, the best NY bagels are just around the corner! Den: A comfy double chaise sectional has room for everyone to enjoy the large flat screen TV with cable and free streaming channels, including Netflix. DOWNSTAIRS: * An office with Verizon Wi-Fi internet allows you have that meeting or get some work done in privacy. * An egress window * Gym equipment (elliptical, treadmill, and free weights) * Washer, dryer, and complimentary laundry detergent. We welcome guests who respect our property, quiet hours, and our house rules. When inquiring, please let me know a little bit about your group and purpose of your visit. Things to consider before booking: 1) Parties or large gatherings are not allowed. Violation of this rule will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. 2) Visitors who are not registered as guests are welcome during the day, but they cannot stay overnight without our prior approval. Please be aware that we have Ring cameras at both entrances for your safety and ours. We can see if additional guests stay overnight. 3) We want you to enjoy yourself at our home, but please be mindful of the noise levels at all times. Please keep the volume of music, TV, conversations, etc., at a reasonable level during the day and lower it after 10 p.m. until 8 a.m. When you come home in the evening, please be respectful of sleeping neighbors and take your conversations indoors. 4) We love pets but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate them at our property. We are especially allergic to cats. Please do not bring any pets or animals to our home (service animals excluded) without our prior approval. 5) We cannot stress this enough: This is a quiet residential neighborhood. If you’re looking for a place to have group gatherings in the evening, leave young adults unsupervised, or any other scenario that will disturb our neighbors, this is not the home for you. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home except for the garage, basement crawl space, and a few bedroom closets. These will be locked for storage. A Ring security camera in the front and back of the house are for your security. As per Airbnb’s policy, there are no cameras inside the home.
