The space Welcome to our cozy condo, conveniently located just off the 25th street Pier stop in central Galveston - a stone's throw away from everything you need for a memorable beach vacation. Our condo is just 1.5 blocks from the beach and diagonally across from public amenities like tennis courts, a dog park, an outdoor gym, a skate park, children's playgrounds, a splash pad, and a recreation center with an indoor gym. Our two-bedroom beachfront condo is designed to provide a comfortable stay for solo travelers, couples, or families. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed adorned with luxurious linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed, featuring a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin on top, perfect for kids or additional guests. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials you need to whip up a meal, including a Keurig coffee maker, a full-sized refrigerator, and a range. Parking is included on the property, and there is also free street parking available for additional cars. For those who prefer to walk, the beach is just steps away. For your convenience, there is a free laundry room located on the first level of the building. And, since our unit is also on the first floor, access is easy and hassle-free. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property, including the living room, bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and workspace as well as the outdoor patio and laundry room. The only off-limit areas are the storage closets, which are locked for maintenance purposes. Please feel free to borrow boogie boards and beach toys from laundry and return for other guests to enjoy! Other things to note Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Please respect our house rules, which include no smoking, no loud noise after 10pm, and no parties. We have put a lot of love and care into our home and ask that you treat it with respect. We look forward to hosting you and hope you have a wonderful stay in Galveston! Only pets under 25 pounds allowed. There is a pet addendum that must be filled 72hrs prior to arrival that requires a topical flee treatment. Failure to comply may result in additional fees. ● Pet non-refundable fee of $100 per pet per stay ● No pets allowed on furniture, beds, or carpeted areas. ● Must clean up after pets in the yard or additional charges will be added. ● Your pet must never be left alone in the house unless in a locked crate. ● Your pet must not disturb the neighbors and must be on a leash at all times when outside of the home. ● Additional charges will be assessed for any damage or additional cleaning needed. ● Please take your furry friend for a walk or to the dog park to relieve themselves.
