Cozy apartment of about 55 square meters, able to accommodate up to 6 people, located on the 2nd floor of a building (NO LIFT). The apartment is located in a strategic area as it is only 180 meters from the station, 800 meters from the historic center and 900 meters from the Port of Trapani from which ships and hydrofoils leave for the Egadi Islands, Pantelleria, Tunisia and Sardinia. The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The space The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction hob, fridge with freezer, moka coffee maker, capsule coffee machine, kitchenware, wine glasses), dining table, sofa and TV; - BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and access to the balcony; - BEDROOM II with two bunk beds (4 single beds) and clothes rack; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: A/C with heat pumps (split in the living room and in the corridor), ceiling fans (in the living room and in the two bedrooms), two portable fans, washing machine (in the bathroom), iron and board ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. A camping cot for children available. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Trapani, equal to 2,50€ per person per night in cash, for the first 5 nights. Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Trapani Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd. For check-ins between 22:00 and 01:30 a surcharge will be applied, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows: EUR 30 from 22:00 to 00:00 EUR 40 from 00:00 to 01:30 It is not possible to check-in after 01:30, not even for a fee.
