Contact host for details You'll be staying in a 2 story home with a half-basement. Your room is on the top floor. There is another bedroom on this floor. On the main level below are the master bedroom, a spacious living room, a dining room, and a full kitchen. In the half-basement, there is a large bedroom and a living room. The back deck and front porch are furnished with outdoor seating for dining and relax. A grill in the backyard is for shared use. Guest access Guests have access to all the common areas, including living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry room, backyard (with a BBQ grill), back deck, and front yard/porch. You'll have access to a shared bathroom with a combination tub + shower. There is a keyless lock on your door and another one on the front door, and you'll be given a codes for them. You can park your car free in the driveway of the property or on the street. Garage parking is available for a fee. We supply basic amenities in the common spaces like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, plastic bags, basic spices, and cooking and dining utensils. During your stay I'm available via phone call, text message, or a message via your booking platform. Other things to note The grill is charcoal type. You need to buy your own supplies. Thermostat is a Nest smart device. Only the host can change the setting. The easy access make it easy to drive around.
