Stairs on the deck must be climbed in order to enter and exit. The home is 2 miles to DT, BOK Center, Arvest Convention Center, Tulsa Arts District, Cain's, Brady Theater, and ONEOK. There are 5 bedrooms and 8 beds. The home is 2,000 square feet. There are two King Suites, each one on separate floors from the main living area. The door to the balcony in the upstairs master does not open. To make the backyard fully fenced, please close the retractable safety gate on the back deck area that leads to the backyard. The yard has some steep areas. The multi-level deck is at a high height on all sides and there are retaining walls with large rocks, please do not climb onto the retaining wall areas outside of the fenced yard and deck. For your safety, please do not sit on the deck railings. Please also do not go under the deck. Guests must supervise children at all times for their safety. Stairs are required to access different levels on the deck. Please be careful opening your car doors when close to the stones on the retaining wall. You will be sent codes for keyless entry. We have Ring video doorbells (video/audio) at both entrance door on side deck and at back door, ring motion detector floodlight (video/audio) at front of house, and party prevention decibel noise monitor in living room area always on does NOT record sound or conversations only noise level (decibels) Absolutely no parties (and no unregistered guests allowed on property). Please remember that you are staying in a home, not a hotel, and treat it as you would your own. If any issues do arise during your stay, we will do our best to resolve ASAP, however please do realize that no one is living on-site 24/7. Guest access Entire space is included in this rental. There is a locked gate at the back of the house that maintenance enters through also when accessing the yard. Please note we use fragrance plug-ins, please let us know if you would like them removed before your stay. We have a Nest thermostat that can be controlled remotely, please do not set cooling below 68 degrees or the unit can freeze up for up to 24 hours.
