Blackwood studio, a leafy haven

Blackwood studio is a stylish, self contained apartment, nestled at the edge of the Marysville state forest. Enjoy spectacular mountain views from bed or enjoying a cup of tea on the deck and if you're lucky the resident black wallaby or bird life will pay you a visit. Private and spacious the studio features modern kitchen and bathroom facilities, lounge, small dining area and outdoor space. Walking distance to the centre of Marysville the studio is perfect for couples or singles. The space Blackwood studio is a generously sized, fully equipped studio apartment with everything you need to rest and recharge during your stay. The apartment is open plan and features a fully equipped kitchen, dining, lounge and study nook areas perfectly suited to couples or singles. The studio is co-hosted by Emma and her mum Vicki who lives in NSW. This is a split level house in which the studio apartment is a separate standalone space accessible via a separate driveway and dedicated entrance. We like to give our guests privacy, when they are staying unless you would like to say hello :). We split our time between Marysville and Melbourne so are often in the city for work. When we are in Marysville, we normally keep a low profile to make the most of the restorative qualities of the area and are out trail running in the forest or working on creative projects upstairs. With a recently renovated bathroom (thanks to our first stint on Airbnb! ) the unit is modern, comfortable and spacious with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing home away from home. We very much hope you enjoy your time in our bush sanctuary as much as we do. Guest access Guests have access to the self contained apartment space on it's own separate level to the main house. Access to the shared laundry facilities can be made available if you would like to book a longer stay.
