Our facility consists of two independent rooms, called the East room and the West room, located in the picturesque village of Bruscoli, in Alto Mugello, Tuscany. The location is ideal for hiking enthusiasts, being a stone's throw from the "Via degli Dei" and the "Semi tappa della Via Mater Dei", near the picturesque Futa Pass. In addition, we are conveniently located just minutes from the Pian del Voglio (Panoramica) and Badia (Direttissima) motorway exits, facilitating access and mobility for our guests. The space The B&B is located on the main road and is easily accessible by car from the Pian del Voglio and Roncobilaccio (A1 PANORAMICA) motorway exits and from the Badia and Firenzuola (A1 DIRETTISSIMA) motorway exits. Public parking within walking distance. The breakfast/drinks area is shared. The structure was obtained from our old grocery store. Renewable energy is a strong point of our Bed & Breakfast. Other things to note A free shuttle service is available from the Futa Pass to our facility (contact the B&B). Heavy luggage transport service for a fee.
