Guests love the separate building on the patio completely screened in with a hot tub and dining table. Come stay with us! This home comfortably sleeps 8 people with two per bed. You enter through the first floor/walk out lower level into the large hallway with built ins for storage. To the left is the third bedroom with a living area, couch, coffee table, console, mounted Smart TV and two queen beds. To the right is a full bathroom with a bathtub. Upstairs is the large living room with a mounted Smart TV, electric fireplace, books, games, and seating area. The dining area seats 8 people with a high chair available upon request. The closet has a washer, dryer, and iron for guest use. The brand new kitchen has KitchenAid stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, microwave drawer, dishwasher and electric range. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, cooking supplies, toaster, blender, Keurig combo coffee maker, tea pot, grill utensils and more. You can message us for a full list of supplies. The grill is located outside just off the living room. The hallway leads to two identical primary suites - each has a king Thuma bed, walnut desk with a mirror and lighted tabletop mirror, nightstands, closet, luggage rack, ceiling fan and attached full bathroom with a shower. All of the windows in the bedrooms have room darkening shades. The 2nd story deck overlooks a stunning view of the pond and property. You can hike around and explore the woods surrounding you during your stay. Relax on the patio with cedar adirondack chairs and a solo stove for easy fires with firewood provided. The real gem is what we call the "hot tub house". It's a separate building fully screened in with a fan, lights, hot tub and large dining table. The perfect place to hang out and enjoy the outdoors, with a little separation from nature when you need it. There are two cabins on the property that are separate rentals. The Callihan is secluded at the top of a beautiful hill overlooking the pond. There may be guests at The Grove located on the lower part of the property that you would pass on the drive in, but they do not have access to the Callihan area and are very spread out. There is a barn on the property that guests do not have access to. All guests are welcome to hike and explore the wooded area on the property. The entrance to the property is gated. There is a gas station right before you arrive at the house that has a small convenience store and deli. When you arrive at the Hive and pull in the driveway you will stop at the main gate and enter the access code provided. For the Callihan Cabin, you will continue up the gravel driveway. There is a large gravel lot for parking just outside the cabin and a gravel walkway up to the concrete patio where you will enter the property through the walk out lower level. We provide the following in each restroom - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, hand towels, makeup towels and towelettes, hair dryer, toilet paper and a lined trash can with lid. Firewood is provided. Bed linens, towels, separate hot tub towels, coffee, paper towels, books, and games are provided. We have smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher. For a full list of kitchen supplies, send us a message. The property is on well and septic. There is a pond on the property. Parties, commercial use, or other unique requests must be approved prior to booking your reservation. Hunting of any kind is prohibited on the property. The Smart Tvs would require your log in to the streaming service of your choice. The property has Starlink which is the premier wifi option in the area, however we are in an area with unreliable internet and cell service, so prepare to be unplugged.
