Villa Viktoria Beachfront Mansion

Villa Viktoria is a large, luxurious design house by the sea. It´s just 50 m from the water, and comes with a private section (40m) of the sand beach. Reachable by car. The space Villa Viktoria is very well equipped, and has what it takes for cooking and socialising also for larger groups, - Excellent kitchen! Has it all -for example double ovens, large induction stove, large fridge and freezer. - Sauna, bathtub and double showers with sea view! - Separate WC, and second bathroom upstairs - Floor heating + floor cooling + central ventilation + summertime portable AC cooling unit on the upper floor. - Washing/drying machine. - Large terraces in all directions, of which some are covered, so there are suitable outdoor spaces for all weathers. The house "grows" according to your needs: The main house is for up to 12 persons, divided in bedrooms as following 1: Double bed 180x200 cm + single bed 90x200 (+ junior single 70x160) 2: Double bed 160x200 + single sofa bed 80x200 3: Double bed 160x200 cm (can also be single) 4: Bunkbed 2 x 90x200 Two more single beds can be added if needed. If you are 13 or more we add spaces according to the size of your group -up to 27 persons. Other things to note Planning and renovating apartments, and designing cosy interiors is my passion (and my job as an architect).
