Welcome to our cozy mountain retreat! Completely remodeled, pet & family friendly with mountain views. The perfect place to enjoy a a peaceful mountain getaway. Just 15 minutes to Asheville, 15 minutes to Black Mountain, and 7 miles to Blue Ridge Parkway Entrance. No steep roads, home is all on one level, with covered parking area. Close to hiking, rafting, galleries, great food, breweries, music and more. Pet fee $50.00. The space Well-equipped kitchen with blender, cooking oils, coffee, cream & sugar. Living room has a large sectional & 58" smart TV. Both bedrooms have smart TV's . Each full bathroom has a tub/shower combo unit. Laundry room has a full size washer & dryer (with laundry detergent) full size ironing board & iron. Guest access Guests will have use of the entire house. Including the covered parking area, front and back yard. These spaces are not shared, you will have exclusive use. Other things to note The neighbor has a few chickens, sometimes they come over for a visit. They are very friendly and you are welcome to feed them. Or, if you ignore them they will go away.
