During snow or ice, avoid driving down unless you have 4-wheel drive and good tires. Park at the top of the driveway instead. 🌧️ NATURE & WEATHER Natural events such as power outages or adverse weather conditions (heavy snow, ice) can occur due to our mountainous location. These situations are beyond our control. 🥩 PROPANE GRILL If the propane tank for the grill is empty, it can be refilled at the nearest gas station on Mamakating Road. 🎥 SECURITY Outdoor cameras are installed at the front and back of the property to ensure safety and protection.
