Nestled in The Hills - Treehouse is a cozy renovated apartment just outside Stowe Village with one bedroom and kitchenette which is fully stocked. The new bathroom is stocked with a selection of soaps and gels. The queen size bed is a new Novafoam mattress and the Living area has a comfy loveseat sofa with 43" Smart TV and Wifi. The apartment is in a detached building from the main house with a private entrance. You are just 5 minutes from Stowe Village and 15 from Stowe Mountain Resort. The apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2023. New flooring, heat, bathroom, windows and skylights. You will park in the upper driveway and have a private entrance on the right side of the garage. Once you enter the apartment, you will go up the one flight of stairs and enter into the kitchen and living area. We have two heating zones, one for the bedroom and one for the reminder of the apartment. Feel free to adjust them to whatever is comfortable for you. The kitchen has a fridge and freezer, two burner cooktop, microwave and counter oven. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and dishes etc. We also have a Keurig coffee maker and selection of K-cups and a selection of teas. The bathroom is newly tiled and supplied with Aesop soaps, gels and extra towels. The bedroom has a new queen Novafoam mattress amid duvet cover with extra pillows and blankets. Winter time in Stowe can provide beautiful views and you will see the mountains from the apartment. While the pond in our yard may be frozen, it is not safe for walking on or skating due to the year round springs. I’m usually around locally while hosting, but like to ski, hike, snowshoe and generally be outside whenever I can. Fell free to text me with any questions during stay. Quiet neighborhood setting off a country road. Moulton Lane is a is a dead-end road that makes it nice for walks and views of the mountains. Less than 3 miles from the Village and only 15 minutes to Stowe Mountain Resort. You will park in the driveway, just steps from the private entrance to the apartment.
