Ideal for business travellers, families or short stays. Parties and loud music are not permitted at this property. Any disturbances caused will result in a 250 pounds sterling penalty fee. A replacement fee of 100 pounds sterling will be charged for any lost keys. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire house during their stay. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, the fully equipped kitchen and dining space. Guests also have private access to the enclosed back garden, which is suitable for light outdoor use and relaxing after work. Parking for up to two vehicles is available on the property, with vans welcome. No areas of the property are shared with other guests or the host.
