🅿️Reserved parking space. 📍15 minutes from the city of Leucate, 20 minutes from the port of Leucate. The space Entire home, step-free, in Port Fitou in the heart of the Pedros residence. *Fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, senseo coffee maker, washing machine, kettle, toaster, freezer... *Air conditioning in living room and bedroom * Large shaded terrace. Barbecue (charcoal) available. *A bedroom with a 140*190 bed and a large wall closet. The living area features a sofa bed for two people. *No Wi-Fi in the unit, but there is very good 4G/5G coverage. * 2 swimming pools open from mid-May to mid-October from 9am to 10pm (unheated). * 15 hectare estate! There are plenty of things to do on site: Swimming, walking in the pine forest or along the pond, cycling, tennis, kite flying or ball games, water sports on the pond. Free access to a large book box at the entrance to the residence :) ⚠️ Please note that bed linen (fitted sheets, pillowcases, duvet cover 220*240) and towels are not provided. If you wish, you can rent everything from the concierge who will welcome you (€25 for a complete set + towels + disposable mattress pad) On site, there are only clean mattress pads (mattresses, pillows) and bath mats. Other things to note This is first and foremost a vacation home for our family. We are attached to it, and we voluntarily leave as much as possible to make you feel at home. Thank you for taking care of the place and everything in it :) You will be free to use on site: our petanque balls (12), ping pong rackets (3), and various board games. We also leave available: condiments, sugar cubes, olive oil, vinegar but also laundry detergent, shower gel, dishwasher tablets. ⚠️ Important note: dogs and cats are unfortunately NOT welcome, we love them very much but we are allergic!
