4 bedroom and 2-bathroom Vacation Villa with swimming pool. The living room is perfect for any family to relax and enjoy after a long day in the sun. Adjacent to the Living room you will find the dining room which has seating for 8 guests, this home comes with a fully equipped kitchen. The private pool area is on the south side and has a large, covered area, with lounge chairs and patio table. The space Primary bedroom offers a King bed with en-suite bathroom. 1 Queen bed and 4 twin beds are located in the 3 guest bedrooms who share a bathroom. The pool can be heated, please note that there will be an additional charge of $25 per day. Pool heating is 2 nights minimum. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, private pool and yard. Please note that the minimum age for check-in is 21 and a maximum of 3 cars are allowed on the property. We kindly request that there are no parties and no smoking allowed, ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all.
