At ground level, the open plan kitchen, dining and living area flows out to the patio. There is also a laundry/powder room for convenience. The kitchen comes fully equipped to prepare meals at home. Bring everyone together around the large round dining table or just chill at the breakfast bar over your morning coffee. Air conditioning, comfy lounges, a large screen smart TV with Netflix and android/iphone connectivity, plus board games and puzzles, should keep everyone entertained on the lower level.
