To ensure everyone has a pleasant stay and enjoys the property to the fullest, here are a few simple rules to follow. If you agree to respect them, we will be very happy to host you! 🔇 Quiet Hours • Please keep a moderate noise level outdoors. • No music outside after 10 PM – you may play music inside. • Large speakers or powerful sound systems are not allowed. 🌿 Respect for the Environment • No balloons, confetti, or disposable decorations to protect our garden and nature. • Please sort your waste in the designated bins. 🏠 Respect for the Gîte • The gîte is reserved for registered guests only. • Please do not exceed the maximum guest capacity, for the comfort and safety of everyone. • Use equipment (kitchen, dishes, barbecue) with care and leave the kitchen clean after use. • Please treat the property as you would your own home. • Do not hesitate to contact us if any damage or technical issues occur. 🔥 Safety • No smoking inside. • No open fires or sky lanterns. • Barbecue use is allowed only in the designated area. 🏊 Swimming Pool • Reserved for registered guests. • Children must be supervised. • The pool has a solar cover, which is great for heating the water and extending its use, but it is weather dependent. • You may use the pool after 10 PM, but please keep noise to a minimum. • No glass around the pool. 🚗 Parking & Outdoors • Tents and camper vans are not allowed. • We have 4 covered parking spaces under the carport and 3 outdoor spaces. • Please respect the garden, plants, and outdoor furniture. 🐾 Pets • Pets are not allowed. ⏱️ Arrival & Departure • Standard Airbnb check-in and check-out times apply. • During low season, we can be flexible on arrival or departure times depending on availability. ❌ Parties & Events • No parties or noisy events are allowed.
