There is a convection cook top and a separate small sized air fry/convection oven. The kitchen has a full size fridge with separate freezer and double sink with reverse osmosis water dispenser. There is a wood cook stove that can be responsibly used with permission. There is a full sized pool table and a smart TV with wifi. The large patio, dock, and water access is down a few steps or a quick walk down the lower driveway. A boat launch is available a block away. Easily accessible with plenty of parking. Guest access All areas of the main floor and the entire outdoor area is for guest use. The basement and sheds are not for guest use.
