With a stock tank pool, detached office/pool house, and a fully fenced backyard, this property offers a unique and relaxing stay for both humans and pups! Comforts of Home: Luxurious linens, plush towels, and premium bath products ensure a restful stay. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up meals with ease. Family-Friendly: The fully fenced yard provides a safe space for kids or pups to play while you relax nearby. Location, Location, Location Nestled in a quiet, historic neighborhood, this home is walking distance from vibrant downtown Longmont. Stroll to parks, the river, award-winning restaurants, local shops, and breweries. When adventure calls, the Front Range's top destinations are just a short drive away: Lyons: 15 minutes Boulder: 20 minutes Denver: 45 minutes Rocky Mountain National Park: 50 minutes Additional Notes Security: For your safety, a front-facing security camera monitors the porch and street. Pets: We love pups and welcome well behaved dogs (up to two) during your stay for an additional fee. If you choose to travel with your pet please ensure that you clean up after them in the yard and do not allow them on the furniture/beds. If excess pet hair or outside mess is found an additional $100 + cleaning fee will be applied. Our yard is fully enclosed with a 6’ privacy and there is plenty of space for them to romp. Please don’t leave pups outside while you are away from the home. Local Support: While we no longer live in the area, our amazing co-host Calvin is nearby to assist if needed. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, including the cozy 1949 interior, the fully fenced backyard, and all outdoor amenities. Enjoy the stock tank pool, detached pool house with lightning-fast WiFi, and multiple relaxing spots in the yard, perfect for lounging or dining al fresco. The space is entirely yours during your stay, offering complete privacy and comfort for you, your family, and even your pup! Other things to note 💕 Marshall’s Place is truly special to us! It’s lovingly furnished with curated pieces from our travels, making it a unique and cozy launching pad for your adventures. We ask that you respect our home and the care we’ve put into creating this space for you. 🏊 The stock tank pool is typically open from June through August, weather permitting. Colorado’s unpredictable weather may influence opening and closing dates, which are at the owner’s discretion. 🌱 During the summer, the pool and lawn are maintained weekly by Caleb and his father, Chris, who will access the backyard, usually on Friday afternoons, to mow and clean the pool. ❄️ In winter, paths, the driveway, and the backyard are shoveled if there’s an inch or more of snow. Snow melt can be found in the metal box under the mailbox on the front porch, and a shovel is provided for additional clearing. We appreciate your help in keeping the front sidewalk safe and clear for neighbors and pedestrians. 🚂 Longmont is a train town, and our home is about 4-5 blocks from the tracks. While the train whistle is part of the town’s charm, we want guests to know about it before booking. 🎥 For your safety, there’s a security camera at the front of the house that monitors the porch and street. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns about this. 👯 This is a small, cozy home best suited for quiet stays. Due to the size of the space, we’re not able to accommodate events, gatherings, or wedding prep. We’ve worked hard to make Marshall’s Place a comfortable and memorable retreat.
