The space Our bright and functional apartment offers three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a spacious living room with air conditioning. Recently renewed, it features a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a cozy sitting area. As shown in the floor plan, each room is separate, providing privacy and comfort for friends or couples traveling together. The flat is within walking distance to the seaside, cafés, and Kadıköy Ferry Port. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment and will be provided with two sets of keys for your convenience. Other things to note - The apartment is on the second floor and there is no elevator in the building. - There is AC only in the living room and portable fans in the bedrooms - The apartment is on a lively street - Kadıköy is known for its lively cafés and bars. While this creates an authentic local atmosphere, the street can be lively at night — especially on weekends. Music from nearby cafes and bars may be audible in the flat until 1:00 AM, on Friday and Saturday nights, it can extend until approximately 4:00–5:00 AM - Street parking is available in the area but can be limited during peak hours. Paid parking lots are located within a 3–5 minute walk. - The cleanliness of our bed linens and towels is a top priority. Stains from makeup, nail polish, blood, or other substances require special treatment, and in some cases, may be impossible to remove. If a stain cannot be removed, the item may need to be replaced, and the cost could be charged to you. We kindly ask that you treat these items with care, as you would your own. FINES & FEES FOR THE VIOLATIONS - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
