Hello and welcome to Little Harbor-approximately 45 minutes South of Tampa (TPA) tucked away just West of Ruskin , FL. 124 acres with 3 miles of waterfront, 1/2 mile of West-facing butter-soft white sand of which is private to owners and their guests. With two marinas, 250 foot fishing pier, heated pool with hot tub, basketball courts, beach volleyball, two restaurants, plus local golf and family theme parks- what more do you need for the ideal vacation. A small no bark dog may be considered. The space This modern 1900sq ft. retreat is just the place to relax in style! It’s in an optimal location for quiet privacy yet close enough you can walk to the beach for sun-downers and a glimpse at the green flash as the sun retreats after another perfect day. There are multiple sleeping arrangements and I’m adding new stuff constantly. New additions are: crib, high chair, 8 person monster dining table with two leafs, twin rollaway bed and two plush self-inflating air mattresses for the kids slumber party. There is also a king and two queens for the adults to enjoy their time as well! Lots of toys in the garage with more across the street upon request. We are living here for the winter and can offer all kinds of suggestions. The home is approximately 250 yards to the beach with marina views. You'll most likely get to see manatee and dolphin swimming outside from the balconies just 30 feet from the canal. We have a growing supply of fun goodies for you every time we get to stay ourselves. Other things to note All we ask is that you respect our home and treat it better than you would yours.
