The inside is organized as follows: - KITCHEN: gas hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, peninsula with two chairs, coffee maker, moka and kitchenware. - LIVING ROOM: dining table with 4 chairs, TV, sofa. - BEDROOM I: double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. - BEDROOM II: 2 single beds (one of is extractable), wardrobe and desk - BATHROOM I: sink, bidet and toilet. - BATHROOM II: shower, sink and toilet. - SERVICE ROOM: washing machine. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wi-fi, two fans, independent heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack, wine glasses, hairdryer. PLEASE NOTE: There are 2 steps at the entrance of the apartment. The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival. A member of our Team Livorno will contact you a few days before your arrival to organize your check-in. They will meet you at the apartment to hand you the keys and they will be at your disposal for any information and further assistance before and during your stay.
