Quiet room. Queen Bed.

Great for medical rotations, co-ops, interns, and travelers of all types! A nice cozy room, with a very comfortable QUEEN SIZED BED. Plenty of closet space if you'd like to use it for your clothes. Open for LONG-TERM or SHORT-TERM Stays. The home is centrally located and is about a 5 minute drive to local restaurants and stores. The space I consider my home to be warm, cozy, and welcoming! It IS lived in. And, it is shared with a very lovable/loyal ChiPoo [ Chihuahua/Poodle mix] named Cobie. I like check in to be between 11am and 3pm EST so that an introduction to the home and Cobie can be done. If my guest isn't able to arrive at this time, we can discuss other means once reservation is confirmed. *NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME. The room has a QUEEN SIZED BED. I will respect your space by staying out of your room while you are my guest. Your stay will ALWAYS start with FRESH sheets. If you would like your bedding to be changed daily [ESPECIALLY ON LONGER STAYS], YOU will be responsible for the washing and drying. Guest access Your room is straight up the steps to the right, closest to the shared restroom. There is a refrigerator on the lower level for guest. Your room can use the bottom level of the fridge and the left side bottom drawer, along with the top cupboard in the main kitchen for dry storage. If you're a smoker, It must be OUTSIDE the home. During your stay I am always available via text. I too stay in the home. Any communication is always welcomed, but certainly not expected. Other things to note More than likely, you'll be greeted by Cobie. He is a very lovable/loyal 16lb ChiPoo [ Chihuahua/Poodle mix] that is loyal to his domain. Therefore; you may hear him barking and/or a growl at first interaction. It's ALL good. Once he becomes acclimated with you, you'll have a friend for life! Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This helps keep the environment comfortable and peaceful for everyone. During these hours, Please try to keep noise to a minimum, especially in shared spaces and in your room, particularly with the TV and Phones.
