Beautifully decorated 11x11 private room with private bathroom across the room. The neighborhood is extremely quiet & safe. Located directly across from the park. Close proximity to lakes, hiking trails, shopping, downtown Pleasant Hill, schools, DVC, BART, and easy freeway access to HWY SR 4, HWY 680 and HWY 24. Best suited for guests who appreciate a quiet suburban neighborhood, a clean and thoughtfully designed space, and are comfortable staying in a family home with a toddler. The space The bedroom is located in the main house on the second level. Your private bathroom is across from the bedroom. The entire house was recently renovated including your bedroom and bathroom. Our little family occupied common space and the other rooms. We have a 7 year old toddler so expect noise especially during his waking hours as early as 6 AM to as late as 9 PM. The unit downstair may also be occupied by another guest depending if the stays overlap. This is a shared home. Normal household sounds such as footsteps, movement, talking, doors opening/closing, and daily activities may occur at any time, including during quiet hours. Absolute silence cannot be guaranteed. Guests who are sensitive to normal living noise or prefer hotel-level quiet may not be a good fit for this listing. Guest access You will have access to your private bedroom, private bathroom, and the kitchen to wash dirty dishes. Kitchen is not available for cooking or any other purpose. All other areas of the house is not a shared space. During your stay You will share the space with our little family of three. I have a 7 year old toddler who is well behave but do still expect to hear some noises while he’s awake between the hours of 7 AM to 9 PM. We’re early birds and usually turn in early. Messages sent late at night will be answered the following morning.
