The space There are beautiful and new fully furnished condominium, Luxury clean and quite place but stay in the middle of nimman. There are very clean and large window on the balcony. there located on Nimman Rd. Soi 15 with a cozy bedroom (king size bed, wardrobe, restroom), comfy living area ( TV and dining table), the kitchen counter with Big fridge, microwave, kettle, sink, kitchen utensil) good A/c, Personal WiFi Hi-Speed Internet is also provided in the room. Guest access You are able to have a full access of common facilities and amenities, Swimming pool, garden, Gym. Other things to note Kindly take note on the followings; - Our property is not a hotel but apartment. Therefore, we do not provide daily room cleaning and changing bed sheet/towels during your stay. -To facilitate check-in process, kindly prepare and send the pictures of your passport page and arrival card to us ( all of the guests) once you arrive in Thailand because we have to send to the immigration in 24 hr after you check in. Or else we will take the photo of your passport and arrival card when check in. Please be assured that this will be kept as a confidential document and will only be used for security reason as required by the Immigration Bureau. Thank you for your cooperation and kind understanding on this. - Cleaning is done only before check in and after check out. If you need extra cleaning services, there will be 500THB extra charge per time, or 250 THB for changing new bed sheet and towels. If you would like the extra cleaning services to be done during your stay, please let us know in advance and we will arrange it for you. - On your first day of arrival, we provide welcome drink (2 bottles of drinking water), 2 toilet paper, 1 detergent, 1 softener, and trash bag. - For the monthly stay (>=28 nights) electricity usage will be charged on actual usage at 6 baht per unit.
