A short walking distance from cafes and restaurants, and from Emek Refaim St., which includes lots of commerce. Excellent public transportation. A pleasant area for walking and urban wandering, close to the Bekaa, Greek colony, and a German colony neighborhoods and the railway boardwalk (beautiful linear park for walking and bicycle riding). The space A 2.5 bedroom apartment that includes a kitchen, a spacious living room, a dining area (opens for up 8 diners), a bathroom with a bath, a double bedroom with a baby playpen, a playroom with two folding mattresses and a small office. In the living room there is a large and comfortable sofa for sleeping when needed. Guest access The whole house is open to you except for certain closets with our personal belongings. Other things to note It is important for us to note that the apartment is a bit old and suffers from a few areas of mold in the bathroom and a broken window shade in the playroom. Due to Jewish kosher restrictions, we ask not to use the kitchen utensils, except for the utensils intended for entertaining which will be placed on the kitchen counter :)
