This traditional stone Villa with stunning sea views is over 200 years old with modern features located by a sandy beach. Villa Marina is the perfect property to stay with your family and friends for a relaxing vacation, where you can enjoy the rustic architectural accents of this villa, outdoor spaces, sandy beaches and the enchanting atmosphere of village living. The space The OUTDOOR terrace offers a private setting to sit and enjoy the East facing views, a sundeck area; barbecue; and covered outdoor dining for 8 people. The GROUND floor offers a comfortable living area with a large fully equipped kitchen including a microwave oven, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, gas cooktop, utensils and many other appliances, a dining table for 8 people with direct view of the water, living area with comfy sofa, flat screen Smart-TV, Laundry room including a washing machine, ironing board etc, and main bathroom with a shower/bath, toilet & basin. The FIRST floor offers 3 bedrooms, all with sea views; Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed with built -in wardrobe, Bedroom 2 also has a queen size bed and built-in wardrobe, bedroom 3 has 2 x double bunk beds, second living area with sofa, and bathroom with a shower, toilet & basin. There is a single car garage at the entry to the property for a small car only as access to the Villa is via a narrow road. Additional parking is located in a large carpark approx.. 3 minute’s walk from the Villa. Other things to note Villa Marina is located on the Island of Korcula in the village of Lumbarda where you can enjoy the ever-growing local food & wine culture (Fisherman evenings are our personal favourite). Enjoy the beautiful sandy beach Bilin Zal which is just a 2 minute walk from the Villa or stroll 10 minutes to reach Przina Beach. You can also book bike tours, boat tours, wine tours, hire scooters, cars, bikes or stroll through the local vineyards. There are many Bars & Restaurants in the town centre, which is only a 10 minute walk from Villa Marina, choose either the coastal walk or vineyard walk. The historic town of Korcula is only a 10-15min (drive, bus, or water taxi ride) from Lumbarda where you can explore the medieval squares, churches, palaces and houses of the old town or enjoy the spectacle of the traditional sword dance of the famous Moreska.
