Independent rooms in the attic of my house. I live downstairs on the ground floor. Entry is through the garage door, a staircase takes you upstairs. NO KITCHEN, dining area available (microwave, fridge and coffee maker) Please note the ceilings under the roof in all the rooms, the shower is a maximum of 1.80 cm at the highest (see photo). I have a cat that is used to going upstairs, but by closing the door at the top of the stairs, it won't be able to go up. The space The floor is completely independent of my home and is all yours. I live on the ground floor. Entry is through the garage door and the staircase allows you to go upstairs. The 3 rooms communicate together: 1st room dining area table, chair, dishes, fridge, microwave, Senseo coffee maker (coffee and tea pods provided. 2nd room a 140 cm sofa bed and sink, toilet and shower (see photo for the shower) are curtained off. 3rd room bed 140 and sofa bed 120. Fans and air cooler are provided in each room for summer and electric radiators for winter. The house is located in a quiet subdivision, close to all shops and restaurants, everything can be done on foot. Guest access Entrance through the garage door located under the terrace with a lockbox. I also use the same front door to take care of my cat and go to the garage.
