Welcome to my cozy 70 m² duplex, a 3-minute walk from the Pont de Neuilly metro station. A bright and comfortable space, for a stay alone, as a couple or with family. The space Welcome to this elegant 70 m2 apartment, nestled on the 3rd floor of a building. From the moment you arrive, let yourself be enchanted by this jewel of good living. A spacious living room bathed in light welcomes you, embellished with two charming. In the apartment, all our guests receive linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet paper...) as well as a large towel per person, accompanied by a hand towel and a bath mat. We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refreshment, restocking of essentials, or delivery can be scheduled upon request for an additional fee. Upon arrival, I will be present to hand you the keys and answer any questions you may have. Check-in between 8 p.m. and midnight is possible, for an additional fee of €30 to be paid in cash upon arrival. Please provide your check-in time one day before your arrival. Please note that this apartment is my primary residence. Therefore, I live in the apartment and rent it out when I am away, allowing guests to stay in an authentic home environment. I am happy to make my equipment available to you and make room in my cupboards for you to organize your belongings. Guest access Large living room, living room, dining room.
