Ciasa De Lenz – Calendula

The apartments at Residence Ciasa de Lenz offer maximum comfort and are particularly suitable for allergy sufferers thanks to the special furnishings - Unforgettable holiday stay in the most beautiful hiking and skiing area of the Dolomites. We don't accept any animals in our house. The tourist tax of € 2,30/person/day has to be paid on your arrival day - children under 14 years don't pay the tourist tax. The space The "Calendula" apartment is newly built and inaugurated in August 2016, is located on the 3rd floor and has 2 comfortable bedrooms (with separable beds of 2.10 m in length) and 2 showers/toilets with hairdryer. The kitchen/living room is very spacious and furnished in a mountain style, and the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, an American coffee machine, a microwave, drinking water from all taps, a 43-inch flat-screen TV, free WIFI, a safe also for tablets, and a large balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. Bed, bath, and kitchen linens are included. For stays of at least 7 days, midweek cleaning is included. Upon request, we wash/dry guests' clothes and charge €6.00/washer/dryer (5 kg of clothes). Guest access Our guests have access to the ski room with boot dryers, which in summer is used as a bike storage room. Other things to note Our house “Ciasa de Lenz” has completely been renovated and enlarged in spring 2016 and we are proud to offer to our guests, bright and comfortable apartments, built according to architectural standards of the “Climate House”.
