The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It includes - 2 comfortable beds, mattresses, and hotel quality linens and sheets - One free, secure, undercover garage parking space (2.1mtr height restriction) - High speed internet and 50 inch tv with Chromecast to stream movies and videos directly from your phone - Great appliances, including fridge, freezer, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine (pods included), washer and dryer Whether you're here for business or pleasure, our apartment is the perfect home base for your next visit to Melbourne. PARKING: One free undercover secure car parking spot. CHECK IN: Latest self check in time: 9.45PM during Summer months (until end of Feb) - if later check in needed please organise with us in advance for key exchange. Guest access You will have the entire apartment with both bedrooms to yourself. There is no shared spaces inside the property. Access to the building requires a security fob and key which will be provided upon self-check in. Other things to note We have a strict guest policy and no party policy. Only approved guests on the booking may enter the property. *Self Check In must occur before 9.30PM as key collection from convenience store closes. BOND PAYABLE FOR HIGH RISK BOOKINGS Please note additionally that if you are a guest that does not have any reviews or are booking a one night stay, a $300 bond/security deposit is payable to reflect the higher risk in booking. This security deposit is payable at the time of booking and is fully refundable provided that the house is returned in good condition and the house rules are observed.
