The wifi speed throughout the property is generally 13 MB Download and .70 MB Upload. Guests use it for work, video calls, and wifi calling and it has been good. You will enjoy your deck and also the outdoor seating area, including a large outdoor table and lots of casual chairs. You will have your own off street parking spot, and that is where you will walk up the steps to your Casita and Bedroom/Bathhouse. Neighborhood is very chill. We love it! You are about 5 blocks from downtown or you can drive or ride bikes easily as welll, with plenty of free street parking around. I live about 6 blocks away and can help if you need it. I also hike all of the time and am happy to share info on the wonderful hiking here :) Located in Chiuhuahua Hill which is the historic part of town. Fun old adobes - nice for exploring Fun neighborhood for cruising around and seeing homes, many adobe, more than a century old and in all kinds of condition. Downtown is about 5 blocks away with plenty of cafes, ice cream parlors, eclectic shopping, etc. And the Boston Hill Park is justa few blocks away and offers 460 acres of terrain - good for walking, hiking, or biking, with hills. You definitely have to be able to easily go up and down steps to be able to enjoy this lovely space.
