There are 3 smart TV’s available. One is in the family room and the other 2 are in the 2 bedrooms with the queen beds. They are connected to the internet, so you should be able to access many options with your own logins. The partially finished basement is the future home of a game room. Currently, there is an electronic dartboard available for your enjoyment. There is also a small futon and a folding table, just for some extra hangout space. The laundry facility is also in the basement. A fully fenced in backyard comes complete with a patio, grill, an umbrella table, and chairs. There is also a fire pit in the backyard, with a wood pile for your use. Besides the patio table and chairs, there are 2 folding tables and some lawn chairs for your use as you wish. Also, available in the patio storage bin are grilling utensils and hot dog/marshmallow forks for use with the fire pit. Guest access Make yourself at home in the whole house! Only one pantry closet and the outside shed are locked. Otherwise you are welcome to use the whole house! Other things to note The family room has a gas fireplace. You are welcome to use it with discretion, being sure to turn the gas completely off when finished and close the flue. It is more for ambiance than for heating. Enjoy!
