A new trullo has been added to the first complex, in full respect of Apulian rural construction. The entrance is into a large living room with sofa, table and chairs, from which one goes to the kitchen made out of a deep alcove. From the living room you enter thefirst double bedroomconnected to theshower roomby a corridor with an exposed chianche ceiling. At the end of the corridor is thesecond double bedroom with en suite bathroom, obtained in the new trullo, which also has direct access from the outside so, if necessary, can be made independent and autonomous. Doors and windows have newly designed blinds and mosquito nets on the windows. Under a lovely gazebo is theoutdoor kitchenwith induction cooktop and dishwasher for outdoor operation, wood or charcoal barbecue. An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person. - Pool available from June to September. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 80 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning).
