A convenient 10 minute drive to The Great Northern Trading Post at Laguna for coffee, fresh bread, wines and Providore and a further 10 minutes to historic Wollombi village and its friendly rustic Pub, small convenience store and pretty Wollombi Brook walk. The space A spacious open plan living area with vaulted ceiling greets you with large picture windows, inviting you to enjoy the quiet rural surroundings and providing cool breezes in summer, whilst a large crackling fire warms in winter. The home is split level with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs which can accommodate up to 10 people. There are two large bathrooms, both with shower, bath and toilet. A gorgeous large sundrenched deck spans the house equipped with BBQ and tables. A firepit is stocked with wood for marshmallows after dark under the stars. Guest access Guests have full access to the 5 acre property.
