Virgen de Gracia Viewpoint

A unique house restored in 2023, dating back to the 16th century, built on 10th century ruins. It is located in the Jewish quarter, next to the Virgen de Gracia viewpoint, on a pedestrian street where silence and tranquility prevail. This small house stands out above all for the care with which it has been restored, trying as much as possible to preserve its oldest essence. The added details give it that peculiar touch, which together with its special architecture make it very special. The space Small single house, which has a bedroom (180cm bed) and a bathroom on the ground floor, a living room-kitchen, with a sofa bed and a reading area on the upper floor. THERE IS A SPIRAL STAIRCASE, not suitable for reduced mobility. On the contrary, the entrance door is at street level and it is a detached house. Please note that the bedroom with the private bathroom is downstairs and you have to go through the bedroom to access the bathroom. The kitchen is also integrated into the upper floor next to the living room. The apartment is recommended for 1 couple or families of up to 4 people, as there is only one bedroom and one sofa bed (150cm). Please note, since the privacy to go from one place to another in the house is to pass through busy spaces (bathroom at the foot of the bedroom, you have to pass through the middle) and the sofa bed is upstairs and there is a spiral staircase, it is not very safe to leave small children upstairs. Very quiet and peaceful pedestrian area in the heart of old Basque. There is a washer/dryer, hair dryer, iron for clothes and enough kitchenware in the kitchen: we have almost everything.
