The space Large 29x12 sq. feet studio with private entrance and dedicated private or shared bathroom in hallway (to be shared with max of one another AirBnB female guest, if any) in a single-family, spacious home with large front and back yards in a quiet and safe cul-de-sac within the Capital Beltway—just a 25-minute drive from Washington, DC, a 13-minute drive from Tysons Corner, etc. Verizon Fiber Optic Service (Fios) internet is available. Plenty of free street parking within the quiet and safe cul-de-sac neighborhood. Only female AirBnB guests allowed as common spaces are shared with all women. Also, no pets allowed. Guest access Shared use of kitchen, dining room, and living room. During your stay I am available to offer help and/or provide recommendations throughout your stay.
